Kevin W. Norton

BEDFORD, NH- formerly of Danvers, Kevin W. Norton, 63, passed away on January 6, 2015 at the Ridgewood Center in New Hampshire. He was the husband of Helen (Paonessa) Norton with whom he shared 42 years of marriage. Born in Needham on September 16, 1951, he was the son of the late Thomas and Bernice (Higgins) Norton. He was raised and educated in Danvers and graduated from Danvers High School in 1970. Kevin had been employed as a cabinet installer for many years. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, cheering for the New England Patriots and visiting Lake Ossipee. Besides his wife, Helen, Kevin is survived by his nephew and Godson, Thomas Cadmus, his sister-in-law, Beth Cadmus of Danvers, his mother and father-in-law, Gale and Tony Paonessa of Danvers, a brother-in-law, Michael Paonessa and his wife, Valerie and their four children all of North Reading, and his brother, Jack Norton of Danvers. His Funeral Service will be celebrated at noon on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. Visitation will be held on Saturday, prior to the service from 10AM-11:45AM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Kevin’s name to a charity of one’s choice.
