  2. Dear Jean and Family,

Rich and I feel very fortunate to have known Roger. He was a wonderful addition to the Star of the Sea Choir in Marblehead, and I have fond memories of our rehearsals and church services and choir parties. He was a pleasant host when we dropped in to your place in Naples unexpectedly, and you both received us warmly. He was a devoted husband and father. We are sorry that he is no longer with us. Our deepest sympathy to all of you.
    Fondly,
    Margaret and Richard Bowen
