I was so fortunate to have Uncle Fred in my life. I loved being around him. He was always smiling, loved his wife beyond words, and was a was a terrific Dad.
Thank you for your heroic efforts in the past two years for coming outside or to the door when my Dad, Mom and I made our weekly visits for a laugh or two.
Being born into the Kulakowski family was such a blessing; family parties, cook-outs, holidays and cuzzins that for me, have become lifelong friends.
Thank you Uncle Fred and Aunt Doris for creating Kevin, Diane, Cindi, and Ray. Every family party or gathering they make a special effort to attend and keep making family memories.
Rest in peace Uncle. I know that you know, you were well loved.
To Diane, Kevin, Cindy, Raymond and all family members,
I will miss Fred and his welcoming smile during my many visits
with him these past years after his lovely wife Doris passed away.
I enjoyed adding a piece or two to the jigsaw puzzle that was always
on the dining room table that he was working on, some that
I fear I would not have the patience to complete as he did.
He was such a gentle soul and spoke so often about his loving family
and how attentive they have always been to him making sure all
his needs were met.
May God Bless all of you and bring you comfort in all the special
memories you have of your dad, grandfather, brother,& uncle.
Love & prayers,
Linda & Lou Perrino
Fred was one of the nicest men we ever met, always had a kind word and was ready to poke a little fun at you in an instant! Dayna and I are a sending our thoughts and prayers to the Kulakowski Family., your Dad was great guy!
No matter how busily we flew down the street , everyone slowed down to say “hi” to Fred. He was able to slow us down, and make us reflect on our hectic lives,.. and what really matters. He was the best neighbor you could ask for. He was a great family man, with an ever expanding, tight knit family. He was quick with a light hearted jab or observation. We always made sure we took our boys trick or treating to his house. Even on a gloomy day,.. he had a way of lifting us all up, He was full of joy and a love of life. He was an inspiration to all of us on Clinton Ave. We are so glad to have had the pleasure of having Fred as a neighbor. Now , after a rich and blessed 89 presence on this planet, he has been taken into God’s loving hands to join his beloved wife. Fred will be missed by our entire neighborhood. A great guy indeed. The Welch family and every family on Clinton Ave will feel sadness this summer when we look out the window, and Fred is no longer out there. He will always be in our hearts.
So sorry Kevin, Diane, Cindy and Ray. Many memories growing up and playing in your yard. Your Dad always made some really cool stuff
