Lit a candle in memory of Patricia C. Morrill
Pat was my beloved friend for 80 yrs. We had many laughs & tears together. She was the kind of friend that you cherished for her kindness, piety, humor and hospitality. Pat and Buddy had an “open door policy” – in other words, you never knew who would be sharing meals with them. I was one, on Wednesday evening and then we went to her devoted Rosary meeting along with several of her other friends. I miss her as does her family who she loved deeply. May she rest in peace now. God bless Pat.
Everything about Aunt Pat was filled with love. She made everyone she met feel special and showered them with compliments and praise. She loved her children, her husband, her siblings, her grandchildren and all of her extended family and friends unconditionally. My childhood memories are full of happiness and laughter from the times I spent with my Aunt Pat, especially “up the camp”. She loved to dance, play cards and laugh. Most importantly she loved God and prayed for all of us. I am blessed to have her as my Aunt. Now she is reunited with her father and mother and her beloved “Brother”, my Dad.
Ann, I am so sorry for the passing of your mother. Mothers are such a special part of our lives and their absence leaves a hole in our hearts. With sincere sympathy, Sandy Lane Cross
Buddy and Ann, So sorry to hear about Pat’s passing. She was a wonderful woman I was lucky to get to now thru her relationship with my mom. Pat, Lil and mom were very close. Enjoyed visits with her, swimming in the pool and talking with her. She loved all of you very much and really enjoyed spending time with her grandchilden. She may be gone from this earth, but she remains in the hearts of all those people she came into contact with her that knew her. She was a special lady. She’s how with the Lord now and I will look forward to seeing her when my time comes. Hope you enjoy the picture , I believe Buddy took it at my parents 40th Anniversary.
No one who knew my Mom was untouched by the dignity, grace, and Christian charity that shone around her like a beacon lighting up a stormy sea..Rest in Peace, my beautiful, wonderful, mother..Johnny
