George E. Gillogley

DANVERS- George E. Gillogley passed away on February 5, 2020 in Kaplan Family Hospice House. He was the companion of Jane Silva of Beverly for many years. Born in Boston on October 4, 1929, he was the son of the late Hugh and Rose (Benoit) Gillogley. George had been a longtime resident of Danvers. Prior to retirement, he worked as a mold maker in the tool and die industry. George enjoyed golf and was an avid sports fan. He especially enjoyed watching the Red Sox and Patriots play. In addition to his companion, Jane, he is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary (Donovan) Gillogley and his sisters, Corinne Corliss, Marie Gillogley, Ester Sanda and Helen Batteron. His funeral services will be held privately.
