DANVERS- John Paul "Jack" Santisi, 76, passed away on April 11, 2020 in Masconomet Healthcare Center. He was the loving husband of Alice (Chesley) Santisi with whom he shared 53 years of marriage. Born in Beverly on May 10, 1943, he was the son of the late Amelio and Margaret (Cassese) Santisi. He served his country with the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged. Jack had been a salesman for Kelly Auto Group for many years. Jack loved music and had been a base guitarist in the JJ & Company Band throughout the 1960s and 70s. He also published a book about World War II called Beacon 1. In addition to his wife, Alice, he is survived by three children, John Santisi, Jr. of Danvers, Jason Santisi and his wife, Michele of Danvers and Jennifer Pobocik and her husband, Luke of Londonderry, NH, five grandchildren, Kaitlyn Santisi of Beverly, Madilyn and Benjamin Santisi of South Berwick, ME and Brooke and Nickolas Pobocik of Londonderry, NH and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Paul and Jeffrey Santisi. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.   4. John, I always called him Jack. We met in school and our lives kind of intertwined over the years. First it was the “cookie business”. This was for some time and then we just sort of hooked up and went for beers once in awhile. Time went by and one day we ran into each other when he was working at the Dollar Tree. Jack was a talented bass player and gigged out many times in the 80’s. He will be missed. Rest well with the angels now Jack. My sympathies to his wife and children. Charlie Blute

  5. I truly appreciate our talks together working my first job in the sales at Kelly Nissan, Jeep, Buick in Beverly. You helped me on the path to a great career in the automotive business. I also enjoyed talking about your WW2 book and history in general. RIP Jack ✝️️🙏🏻

  7. Jack and I met in the spring of 1956,and became best friends from then on. We grew up in a time of music, cars, drive in’s, diner’s and of course Annette Funicello. Kris and I will miss you for ever, and by the way I knew all his plans to break out of the nursing home, I would drive the get away car. I loved Jack Santisi as he loved me. Jack I’m very sorry to hear about your death it makes me really I remember when in was a kid back in 1999 I got to meet you at that time it was very fun I got to look at your doo wop cds that was very nice I got to do not and ill.never forget that I went to your cookout back in 2007 worst part is your died on my mom’s birthday which makes me more sad I will miss you forever I know everybody else will miss you you will miss us all RIP forever and ever

My memories of you Jack, from the 1st one seeing that military return from Korea walking down the Danvers High corridor to my last visit December 23rd are of my lifetimes most significant / fun friends. From your families early years through our lifelong friendship. From graduation ..”celebrations” ..bowling on Saturday with, Milo at the “Barrel” .. rock n roll base guitar in Stagger Lee’s band and final support from your loving wife Alice.We have all been very lucky!
