Resided in: Danvers, Massachusetts

Deborah Ann Kimball, 76, of Danvers, passed away on July 7, 2025, at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington.

Born in Beverly on July 25, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Morey Lewis and the late Ethel (Trefry) Nash. Raised and educated in Beverly, Deborah made her home in Danvers for many years, where she was a loving mother, a devoted friend, and a woman of remarkable warmth and humor.

Deborah worked for many years at the deli counter at Stop and Shop in North Beverly, where her friendly smile and easy conversation made her a favorite among customers. Later, she found great meaning in her work as a home health aide and housekeeper, where she cared for others with compassion and attention to detail.

Her love for animals was unmatched—strays seemed to find her wherever she went, instinctively drawn to her gentle heart. She was an avid thrift store explorer and delighted in collecting all kinds of treasures. Deborah approached life with a spark, a twinkle in her eye, and a sense of humor that brightened every room she entered.

To her children, she was more than a mother—she was a role model, a confidante, a pillar of strength, and their greatest champion. She taught them right from wrong, led by example, and held high standards for behavior, kindness, and integrity. She liked things to be just right, and her meticulous nature was matched only by her generous spirit.

She leaves her children, Michelle Chaudhry of Danvers, Betsy Kimball of Danvers, Kevin Kimball of Kingston, New Hampshire, and Greg Kimball and his wife Melissa of Hamilton; her beloved grandchildren, Brandan, Wesley, Justin, Nadia, Joel, Khalid, Alexa, Julianna, and Jacob; and her cherished great-grandson, CJ. She is also survived by her brother, Morey Lewis Jr.  She was predeceased by her son-in-law, Khalid Chaudhry.
