Marybeth Burak-Condon, 67, passed away following a courageous battle with heart and kidney complications.
Born in Salem on July 29, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Everett and Ellen (Lally) Condon. She was raised and educated in Beverly. She received her bachelor’s degree from North Shore Community College. Marybeth was hard-working and often worked two jobs. She had worked in the building inspector’s office for the Town of Danvers while waitressing at 466 Restaurant and Brothers Kouzina for many years.
Marybeth loved spending time with her family and cherishing every moment she shared with them. Her warmth and laughter filled every room, creating lasting memories for those she held dear.
Beautiful daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and auntie. You were the brightest light with an incredible spirit, adventurous and fearless. You fought with incredible strength and heart, always with humor. Rest in peace with Ben, Pat, Mom and Dad! We love you.

I’ll always remember our skipping class and walking through the halls of Briscoe and waving at everyone in their classroom. Laughing during detention too!! Always fun and joyful times together. Leaving us too soon…
Love always,
Mary Cronin
My heart breaks for your family and friends Marybeth. I know you’re in a better place and without pain. Im always thinking about the neighborhood where we grew up together with Lisa,Patty,Lori and Colette- we had fun times at Briscoe and during high school- I drive my grand daughter past the neighborhood and I enjoy sharing
those years with her- RIP Marybeth💔

To the Burak & Condon families – I am so sad to hear this. I met Marybeth at pickup at the Smith School when Ben & my son, Cam were in Kindergarten together. We discovered we were both from Beverly and realized I knew her brother Tim and she knew some of my siblings as well. She was just so sweet and always smiling. We, like many in Danvers would always see Marybeth at Town Hall & the 466. She had so much energy and worked so hard for her kids. She was a great mom! I hope she rests in sweet peace now free of pain with Ben & other family who have passed. Love, Kelly (Boyle) & Chuck Mower
