Rosemarie E. “R.M.” (Maribito) Anastosopoulos, 71, passed away in her home surrounded by her family on June 27, 2026. She was the wife of the late Frank H. Anastosopoulos.

Born in Salem on July 21, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Marjorie (Cooper) (Maribito) Pelletier and the late Alfred Maribito with his wife Peggie. She was raised and educated in Danvers and graduated from Danvers High School. Rosemarie worked for many years at the former Hilltop Restaurant and spent the last 18 years as a cake decorator at Shaw’s Market in Peabody. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter Stacey Anastosopoulos and her friend Stasia Berry of Lynn, her beloved grandchildren, Daniel Lopez and fiancé Katherine, Matthew Lopez and his companion Kadira, Baylie Anastosopoulos and Jason Anastosopoulos, great grandchildren, Christopher, Cianna, Cielle and Leah and her nieces and nephews and extended family as well as her son Frank and his wife Georgiann. She was predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law Laureen and Paul Moore and her brother Leonard Pelletier Jr.

Her graveside service will be held at 10AM on Thursday, July 2, 2026 in Annunciation Cemetery, 155 Hobart St., Danvers. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rosemarie’s name to The American Lung Association or the American Cancer Society. Online directions and condolences are available at www.LyonsFuneral.com
