Patricia A. Roy

Patricia A. (Dubiel) Roy, 82, passed away on July 27, 2026 in the Kaplan Family Hospice House. She was the devoted wife of George J. Roy, with whom she would have shared 59 years of marriage on August 27th.

Born in Salem on May 27, 1944, Patricia was the daughter of the late John and Philomena (Wojtas) Dubiel. Raised and educated in Salem, she attended the former Essex Agricultural School in Danvers, where her studies in homemaking nurtured her love of caring for her home and children. She was a loving and kind wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her husband, George, she is survived by her daughter Cheryl Dubois of Peabody and her son and daughter-in-law Gregory and Tricia Roy of Peabody, three cherished grandchildren, Rebecca, Amanda and Gregory, her brother Richard Dubiel and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Robert and Frederick Dubiel and Barbara Ball and Theresa Engdahl.
