Adele (Stanina) Mascetti, 94, died peacefully at home in Danvers on Friday, September 9, 2016. She was the wife of the late Richard Mascetti. Born in Lawrence on May 1, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Casimir and Frances Stanina. She was raised and educated in Lawrence and had been a Danvers resident for over sixty years. Mrs. Mascetti was employed by Analogic for many years. A communicant of Saint Richard Church, she enjoyed dancing, bowling, traveling, and spending time with family. She was exceptionally generous, caring, and loving to her children and grandchildren. She leaves three daughters, Patricia Marticio and her husband Edward of Danvers, Joan Salvo and her husband John of Methuen, and Geraldine Ajlani and her husband Orfan of Gainesville, FL, her twelve grandchildren, Michael, Nancy, David, Sharon, Eddie, Linda, Mark, Dean, Melissa, Jeff, Raymond, and Rita, and many great- and great-great grandchildren. She also leaves three sisters, Ann Dunlevy, Julia Aufiero, and Pauline Kerepka and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Raymond Fox, Jr. Her Funeral Service will be Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016 at 10AM in C.R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 4-7PM in the funeral home. Donations in her memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

  1. I will truly miss Adele. She would call me sexy from the other room or tell me if my attire was good for the day. If it wasn’t sexy Adele would not approve it. Her daughters that brought her to her appointments no who this is. I am so sorry for your loss and I will miss her very much. She made me laugh and brought a smile to my face. Your Mom will always be in your thoughts and memories.
