Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I had the pleasure to work with Carol at the Lyceum Bar and Grill. Carol was one of the loveliest people to walk this Planet. Always happy like the last time we bumped into Carol at the mall. After that encounter I realized how much I missed working with her. God Bless you Carol and your family. I know you are with the Lord with that perpetual smile on your face . Rest In Peace, Ted and Rose Martin

  2. We met Carol in the early 1990s. She married Richie, Bubba’s longtime friend. She made gorgeous curtains for our new home in Beverly. That’s when we got to know her better and our friendship continued. We supported her during Richie’s illness, hospice and passing. Carol was easygoing, talented and kind. Whenever we bumped into her it was always joyful. We would have spent more time together, but she was always working. Christine, it was a pleasure to have you work with me while you were in college, and Carol had a hand in that. We will always remember Carol for the wonderful person she was.

With a huge heart and a love for life. I just cant believe she is gone. My heart is broken for Christine, Scott, Derek, Michelle and all their boys. She was an amazing Nana. 💔 love ya carol, rest in peace

  8. I met Carol through her husband Richard Amato as a renter. She didn’t want me to rent it because I had a Harley. We became close friends as we both worked for the post office. I had the privilege of getting to know Christine and Derek. Of course Scott Michelle and there children. She was so happy around her grandchildren. She would drive miles to make sure she stayed in touch. She would work early mornings at the post office in Ipswich, fly home to pick up the grandchildren. After that she would be in the garage making curtains until she couldn’t see straight, when she wasn’t doing curtains she was working at the danvers port yacht club.go to bed and be at the post office at 4am. She always put other people in front of herself. A truly special person. I will miss our talks and most of her friendship.
