Donna M. Rogers

DANVERS- Donna M. (Dunleavy) Rogers, 59, passed away on January 10, 2018 in Beverly Hospital. She was the longtime companion of Jim Chouinard of Danvers. Born in Salem on May 20, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Corrinne (Downey) Dunleavy. She was raised and educated in Danvers and graduated from Danvers High School in 1976. Donna had been employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 11 years at the Twin Oaks Nursing Home in Danvers. Prior to that, she had been employed by Shaw’s Supermarkets for several years. Donna enjoyed working outside in her garden. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Donna was the loving mother of Jennifer Desrosiers and her husband, John of Cape Coral, FL and the adoring grandmother to Jesse, Jacob and Noah. She was also the sister of Susan D’Agnese of Haverhill, Kathleen Huntington, and her husband, Greg of Danvers, her twin sister, Debbie Valentine and her husband, Tom, and Joan St. Pierre of Danvers, and the aunt to several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, John Dunleavy. Her Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11AM on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 4-7PM in the funeral home.
