Edward E. Carlson, Jr., 41, died Wednesday, February 14, 2018.
Born in Lynn on January 17, 1977, he was the son of the late Edward E. Carlson Sr. and his wife Dorothy Carlson of Nashua, NH and Pamela (Duffy) Sweeney of Arkansas.
He was raised and educated in Lynn, where he lived for most of his life.
For many years, Ed was self-employed in the moving industry. He enjoyed weightlifting and working out, the outdoors, and was a car enthusiast. Most of all, he was dedicated to family.
In addition to his mother and step-mother, he leaves two sons, Edward Carlson III and Daigan Small, and his siblings Geoffrey Carlson, Christopher Carlson, Eric Carlson, Colleen Cuccinello, Salina Kuian, April Wallace, Jacqueline Brush, William Sweeney, and Deeann McFall.
His Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018 at 2PM in C.R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Relatives and friends are invited. There are no visiting hours and burial will be private.

A year a day later i find out that my Cousin is gone , no words can Express how i feel. This is so surprising and sad , i realize that I have a family that is not close or even normal and i hate that it this way , i was once very close to Eddie and Eddie JR but it had been a long time since I had any contact with them . Very sad and depressing to think about how things are . R.I.P. my cousin
