Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. To Elaine’s family. My sincerest condolences in your loss. I have known Elaine since childhood. She was a friend from the neighborhood in Middletown. We had many fun times as kids and very resourceful in finding things to do during the many hot summer days. I always loved to go to Elaine’s house! I remember her mother who was so nice. A very sweet woman.

  2. I’m so sorry for the loss of your mother. I met Elaine this past September as she was the roommate of my Aunt Stella at the rehab in Beverly. I grew to love your Mom because my visits there became as much of a visit to see my aunt as well as to socialize with your Mom. She looked out for my elderly aunt, and kept me posted on a daily basis.
We exchanged phone numbers and kept in touch. It was a blessing to get to know Elaine and I will miss her very much. My aunt feels the same way. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

  3. I was deeply saddened to learn of Elaine’s passing. Childhood memories immediately came to mind of time spent together in Middleton. We grew up the best of friends from Elementary School through High School years spending most of our time together. I loved spending time at the Marvel home and with the neighborhood kids. George and Florence always made me feel welcome. During those younger years it was my second home. I remember Elaine’s fun personality, always making me laugh. Our lives took different directions once we graduated and we lost touch. She will always have a place in my heart along with those special childhood memories.
My deepest sympathy to her family.
