Eva G. Carroll

ORLANDO, FL- Eva G. Carroll, 97, passed away on September 27, 2019. She was the wife of the late Joseph F. Carroll. Born in Danvers on August 1, 1922, she was the daughter of the late James and Laura (Begin) Ennis. She was raised and educated in Danvers and graduated from Holten High School. For over thirty years Eva had resided in Orlando, Florida. She was very active within her retirement community, a member of several bridge clubs, enjoyed golfing and proud to be the only woman in an investment club. She is survived by six children, Joseph Carroll, Jr. and his wife, Beverly of Marshfield, Mary-Joyce Hubbard of Orlando FL, Ellen Duffy and her husband, Jeffrey of N. Attleborough, Terrence Carroll and his wife, Mary-Jo of N. Falmouth, William Carroll and his wife, Laurie of Oviedo FL and Kevin Carroll and his wife, Hilary of Plymouth, thirteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her siblings, James and William Ennis, Lorraine Mercier and Philip LaFortune. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11AM on Friday, October 4, 2019 in Saint Mary of the Annunciation Church, 24 Conant St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eva’s name to Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, 2445 Lake Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778.
