Janice L. Rodgers

Janice L. Rodgers, 74, formerly of Danvers and Beverly, died Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at her home in Rochester, NH. She was the wife of the late Michael Rodgers. Born in Beverly on August 16, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Gloria (Page) DeVeau. She was raised and educated in Danvers and was a graduate of Danvers High School. Janice was a longtime Beverly resident who relocated to Arizona several years ago. She had recently returned to the northeast, making her home in Rochester, NH. She leaves two sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy and Andrea Byrne of Salem and Kenneth and Debbi Byrne of Rochester, NH, five grandchildren, Christopher “C.J.”, Nicole, Sean, Ian, and Chrissy Byrne, her siblings, Karlene DeVeau of Danvers, Patricia DeRocher of Beverly, Maralyn Wilchynski of Michigan, and Paul DeVeau of Peabody, as well as several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours are Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 10AM-12:30PM in C.R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. A Graveside Service will follow at 1PM in Annunciation Cemetery, 155 Hobart St., Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited.
