Janis L. Bouzianis

Norway, ME- Janis L. (Reiniger) Bouzianis, 74, passed away on June 3, 2022, in her home. She was the loving companion of Kenneth Savickey of Maine. Born in Lynn on November 14, 1947, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Cameron) Reiniger. She was raised and educated in Saugus and Danvers and graduated from Danvers High School in 1965. She raised her family in Danvers and had resided in Topsfield and Amesbury prior to Maine. Janis had been employed for over thirty years as a food server at the former Sheraton Tara Hotel in Danvers. Janis loved flowers and enjoyed gardening as well as all animals, especially dogs and cats. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends at Merry Meeting Lake in New Hampshire. In addition to her companion, Kenneth, she is survived by her children, Raeann Bouzianis of Danvers and Michael Bouzianis and his wife, Denise of Danvers, her sisters, Cheryll Gray and her husband, Colin of Maine and Marsha Campbell of Danvers, three grandchildren, Taylor Bouzianis, Michael Bouzianis, Jr and Abigail Magee and several nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Service will be held at 3:30PM on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers, visitation will follow at 4PM-7PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Janis’ name to Northeast Animal Shelter, 347 Highland Ave., Salem, MA, 01970.
