Lauren E. (Parsons) Irving, 54, died Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House. Born in Danvers on Dec. 7, 1965, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Marilyn (Watkins) Parsons. She was educated in Danvers schools and was a 1984 graduate of Danvers High School. She later earned her degree in nursing from North Shore Community College. A lifelong Danvers resident, Lauren worked as a registered nurse at Beverly Hospital, in the office of Dr. Thomas Lapine, and at Garden City Pediatrics. Lauren enjoyed her gardening and crafting but mostly enjoyed cooking for her family and others who delighted in her gifted ability as a chef; a passion she proudly knew was appreciated. A loving mother and natural caregiver, she cherished family traditions and spending time with her children and loved ones. Lauren also loved caring for her granddaughter, Adelaide. She leaves her loving children, Benjamin Irving and his wife Kat of Rowley, Alison Moon, her husband Kirby and their daughter Adelaide of Danvers, and Matthew Irving of Exeter, NH, her siblings, Robert Parsons Jr. and his wife Brenda of Danvers, Brad Parsons and his wife Lisa of North Hampton, NH, and Tracy O’Leary of Salem, her former husband, Todd Irving of Danvers, several nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Daisy. Her funeral services were held privately. Public memorial services will be announced in the spring. In lieu of flower, donations in Lauren’s memory may be made to the Danvers People-to-People Food Pantry, P.O. Box 2076, Danvers, MA 01923. Arrangements are by C.R. 1. Parsons Family
We have been connected through four generations. I have always cherished my relationship with the Parsons family, even though we don’t connect very often. I saw the notice today and I am very very sorry. Please know that I care and love for you all very much at this time.

  2. My dearest Lauren ….our treasured friendship was ended way too soon ..as you once said God brought us together .We laughed & cried together..in good times and bad …You’ll always have a space in my heart !…..May I offer up a prayer of peace & comfort for Lauren’s family ..and all those who loved her ……

  3. So sorry to hear of the Parson Famly’s loss…words cannot begin to express. Such great memories of Lauren from Holten Richmond and DHS. A tragic loss 💔.

  4. I often think back to the years we were neighbors. Our houses were wide open with kids running back and forth. We shared recipes, ingredients, coffee, and dog food. You were such a joyful, vivacious young woman. You are gone too early – you had so much to give the world. You will be missed.
