My sister Marie and I were often referred to as Irish twins as we were only 11 months apart, I couldn’t have asked for a better sister and friend. We were both part of the Danvers Blue Angels and enjoyed many other fun things together. She became our fearless leader when our parents died. Saying that she will be truly missed is an
understatement. Rest in peace my dear Marie. Love you. Jeanne
Jeannie, I’m soooo sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you and all your brothers. From your cousin and another Marie from “the neighborhood.” Marie Cote (Cecile & Sonny’s daughter)

It is with great sadness that I have news of Marie’s passing. May all of the wonderful memories that I know that you have of precious times that you shared with each other, help bring you peace with her passing.
My name is Janet Welch . I first met Marie at ceramics in Amesbury. Such fond memories I have of her. If Marie was there, one just new that it was going to be an awesome time
In 1999 Marie came back into our lives. We moved to Lonvale gardens and our neighbor was Don and Charlene. Well you can only imagine my surprise to hear Marie laughing outside my door. There was no question in my mind as to whom was out there. Her laughter is one that you always remember. I have such fond memories of her and I am so sorry to hear of her passing.
RIP, Marie. There are slot machines in heaven my friend, I will look for you.
Love Janet

I am so saddened to learn of Marie’s passing. Marie was a kind, sincere person, & put a smile on everyone’s face she met. Dennis & I enjoyed all our times together with Marie & the Blanchette family. The Blanchette family welcomed all friends, especially Rita & Phil the heart of the family. Thinking of you all at this most difficult time…Karen L’Italien
Marie had such a big heart and a great laugh. We are so lucky to have her her and her fabulous family as our adopted cousins and she will be so missed. So many fond memories even though I have not seen her for years. I imagine her enjoying a welcome cocktail in heaven with her parents and husband….stirred with a pinkie finger to add the love. Thinking of all of the Blanchette family. Rest in peace Marie.
Sending our sympathy and love to each of you. Family meant so much to Marie and she loved talking about you. Marie was family to us and we will miss her so much. She was so loving and caring and we had so many fun times with her. The Hood will not be the same without her. We find comfort knowing she is with her Everett again. Rest in peace Marie, we love you.
