Marion F. Lovely

Marion Frances (MacNeil) Lovely, 93, died on Monday, November 13, 2017. She was the wife of the late Raymond B. Lovely. Born in Boston on Apr. 7, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Elizabeth (Erskine) MacNeil. She was raised and educated mostly in Chelsea and was a graduate of Chelsea High School. She resided in Danvers from 1960-2003 and since that time had made her home in Beverly. A proud, professional waitress, Mrs. Lovely was employed at the Town Lyne House in Lynnfield for many years. An active participant at the Danvers Senior Center and communicant of Saint Mary of the Annunciation Church, she loved animals, crossword puzzles, the movies, and was an avid reader. She leaves two children, Karen Bill and her husband Gary of West Newbury and Raymond Lovely and his wife RoseAnn of Exeter, NH, and two grandsons, Gregory and Christopher Washburn. Services were held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Lovely’s name may be made to the Salvation Army, 93 North St., Salem, MA 01970.
