Rick D. Taeger

Rick D. Taeger, 55, of Beverly, died unexpectedly on Monday, July 22, 2019 at the Lahey Hospital in Burlington.
Born in Salem on Feb. 25, 1964, he was the son of the late Donald and Dolores (Armstrong) Taeger. He was raised and educated in Peabody and attended Peabody schools.
Rick was employed as a landscaper and a boat painter in local boatyards.
He loved rock and roll music.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his grandparents, Henry and Dorothy Armstrong and Stella Taeger and his brother Glen.
He leaves two brothers, Kerry Taeger of Peabody and Robert Taeger of Beverly, a nephew, Robert Taeger Jr., an extended family and dear friends.
A Celebration of Rick’s life will be Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 2PM at the Peabody VFW, 20 Stevens Street, Peabody. Relatives and friends are invited. All other services are private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Rick’s name may be made to New England Donor Services, 60 First Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451 or Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA 01923.

I remember Ricky when he was a very young little boy. He was a sweet young man then and all through life. Always ready to help and please others. I know this is tough on his family and friends here on earth but in his new world there is a big celebration going on. He was met with past relatives and friends who are now at peace. Prayers are with his brothers, cousins and friends. RIP Ricky and tell all that you are with now, that we send our love and hugs.
Rest In Peace, Rick. You are now with the rest of our family that has already gone to heaven. Thoughts and prayers to all of you.
