Rita V. DiFranza

Rita V. DiFranza, 84, a longtime Middleton resident, died July 4, 2017 at Care One in Lexington. Born in Everett on August 10, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Ravenisi) Lucarelli. She was raised and educated in Everett. In retirement, Mrs. DiFranza enjoyed living in Hilton Head, SC for many years. She leaves her children, Michele Occhiuti and her husband Frank of Reading, Michael DiFranza and his wife Debbie of Hopkinton, Janine Webster and her husband David of England, and Denise Bettencourt and her husband Chip of Leominster, 12 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves her former husband, Michele DiFranza of Middleton. As requested, funeral services are private.
