Roger was The Maestro. He introduced me to the likes of Walkin Jim Stoltz, John Prine , Bill Morrisey, Greg Brown , Patty Larkin…I listened to “Such a Night” by Dr John today and thought of Roger and MaryBeth , dancing ( under the moonlight ). Rest In Peace , Roger. My thoughts and prayers to MaryBeth and family .
Gentle man, lover of nature, soft spoken, kind and beyond wise. Your words and quotes were always a huge help to me- early on AND now and forever. To witness the love between you and MB was truly a gift indeed. Rest and ride like the wind….Louie
I worked for the Water Dept over the Summers during high school and college. I’ll never forget Roger every morning slamming the clipboard holding his timecard on the table as he signed in. He was a great guy and a lot of fun to work with. Sorry for your loss.

I’m so sorry, Marybeth. Roger was already there when I arrived and he always anchored the room for me. His quiet steady presence meant a lot and I miss not seeing him in “his” chair.
Marybeth and Cori, I was so sorry to learn of Roger’s death. He was the epitome of someone who marched to the beat of his own drummer, and yet was truly a kind and caring soul. It was a treat getting to know him better after his mom’s passing, and I know he will be missed by so many. May God bless you both as you grieve the passing of such a wonderful husband and father.
