Samantha Dianne Burke, 26, of Danvers, passed away peacefully on March 6, surrounded by her devoted family, her close friends and dedicated caregivers.

Born in Albany, New York on October 7, 1998, she was the beloved daughter of John Burke and Ana (Prieto) Burke both of Danvers. In addition to her parents, John and Ana, she is survived by her siblings, Allison Burke of Asheville, North Carolina and Kevin Burke of Danvers, her paternal grandmother, Dianne Burke and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, Martin Burke and maternal grandparents, Myrna and Claudio Prieto.

Samantha leaves a lasting impact on those who came to know her. Samantha’s beautiful smile and infectious laugh could make the darkest day bright. She loved being around her family, music, swimming, and the lavish spa treatments that everyone loved to give her. She brought love and positivity out of every person she met. Samantha’s family, nurses, teachers and therapists were all made better every minute they were with her. Samantha will be missed terribly.

Visiting hours will be held form 4-7PM on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. All other services are private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Samantha’s name to the Boston Children’s Hospital at https://www.childrenshospital.org.
