I was a neighbor of Alice and very fondly remember our visits and phone calls. She had a delightful sense of humor. Rest peacefully my friend, I will miss you.
I’ll always remember Alice , in her very unassuming way, watching the comings and goings at different celebrations at Ken and Chrissie’s house. You could be sure to always get a warm smile, a great laugh, and if you were very lucky some of her delicious macaroni salad!
Much love to her family.

We are Miranda’s grandparents from Ohio. Even though we never met Alice we know what a lovely lady she was. Our deepest sympathy to the Miller family and special love to Joe, Miranda and Tom. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this very sad time. Know that she is at peace now ~ in Heaven ~ 💗Sincerely Melanie and Dave Archer.
Alice grew up in the same town as my Mother Barbara Callahan. They became friends at a young age and even learned to swim together at the YMCA. Although my mom married my Father who was in the Navy and moved away she and Alice stayed in touch by writing letters. They wrote up until my Mother passed away in 2020. Alice knew how sad I was after loosing my Mother so she started writing to me. I had no idea how enjoyable writing was.
She helped me though a very difficult time.
Each time Mom went back to home to Lynn she would always visit Alice or meet up with her somewhere. They had so much in common. Both married a Navy man and had 5 children. Their friendship lasted a lifetime.
I loved her very much. She will truly be missed.
