Antoinette Ann (Caliento) Finocchio, 94, passed away peacefully at the Kaplan Family Hospice House on September 18, 2009, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Nicholas R. Finocchio, with whom she enjoyed 65 years of marriage. Born in Lawrence on April 9, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Caliento and Clementine (Autiello) (Caliento) Russotto. Raised in Lawrence, she moved to Danvers after her marriage and resided there for the past 76 years. Mrs. Finocchio was employed by the former Jordan Marsh after raising her family. Ann is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Richard N. and Louise Finocchio of Marblehead, a daughter Judith A. Finocchio of Salem, a granddaughter Karen (Finocchio) and her husband Christopher Lubeck, a loving cousin Lucy and her husband Michael Paolino of Methuen, and three brothers, Samuel Caliento of North Andover, Louis Russotto of Methuen and Michael Russotto of Salt Lake City, UT. She was predeceased by a sister, Ida Caliento and close cousin, Mary Stella. Visiting hours will be held on Sun. Sept. 20, 2009 from 4PM-8PM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. The Funeral Service will be private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Ann’s name to the Hospice of the North Shore, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA, 01923.
