Anne; you brought a friendly face to the sometimes-hectic environment of Market Basket. Although you didn’t know my name, I always looked for your line. I knew you’d be friendly and efficient. I knew you’d brag about your family and how you had a secret time when it wasn’t busy to do your own grocery shopping, mostly I knew we’d laugh and sometimes I needed that. My heart is broken for your family and friends. May you rest peacefully.
To: The Gauthier Family I’m very sorry to hear about Mrs. Gauthier. She was a nice lady. Mrs. Gauthier was nice to work with and I will miss her at Market Basket. Sincerely, Jennifer V. Swanson
