Anne T. (Angelico) Frechette, 86, died Tuesday evening, December 21, 2010 in the Kaplan Family Hospice House following a brief illness. Born in Salem on Sept. 5, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Lucy (Gattinella) Angelico. She was raised and educated in Salem and was a graduate of Salem High School and the Hawthorne Institute. She been a Peabody resident for several years and had resided in Danvers since 1980. She had been employed as a bookkeeper for Swift Sprinklers in Peabody. In her retirement, she worked for the last 16 years at Stop and Shop in Danvers. An avid reader, she was a volunteer at the North Shore Music Theater, the former Hunt Memorial Hospital, and Beverly Hospital. She was a parishioner of St. Richard Church. She is survived by her children, Jean (Goddard) Weagle and her husband Thomas of Danvers, Carolann Scherer and her husband Thomas of Danvers, and Thomas Frechette and his wife Connie of Tewksbury, her grandchildren, Christopher Goddard and his wife Alicia of Danvers, Kelly Goddard of Danvers, Jennifer Cooper and her husband Doug of Nashua, Steven Frechette and his wife Devin of Tewksbury, and Paul Scherer of Danvers, her great-grandchildren, Carolyn, Kiera, Emily, Lauren, Kallie, Kamryn, and Nathan, a brother, Sebastian Cianci of NH, and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph and Sam Angelico. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, Dec. 24, 2010 at 9AM in St. Richard Church, 90 Forest St., Danvers. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Salem. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are Thursday from 5-8PM in C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. In lieu of flowers, donations in Anne’s name may be made to Hospice of the North Shore, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA 01923.
