Anthony S. Pasdon

Anthony Steven Pasdon, Jr., 85, died Sunday morning, June 29, 2014. He was the husband of Helen (Delaney) Pasdon, with whom he shared fifty-nine years of marriage.
Born in Hazleton, PA on Nov. 10, 1928, he was the son of Anthony and Mary (Baldessari) Pasdon. He was raised and educated in Pennsylvania and enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1946.
Mr. Pasdon served in the U.S. Navy for twenty years. He retired in 1966 as a Chief Petty Officer. He then worked for many years for F.W. Webb and then Standard of Lynn Plumbing Supply.
A Danvers resident since 2004, he had been a longtime Peabody resident. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed golfing.
In addition to his wife, he leaves his children, Karen Beauvais and Toni Mannette, both of Danvers, Steven Pasdon of Peabody, and Richard Jolly and his wife Tracy of Woburn, his grandchildren, Shaun, Kevin, and Bryan Pasdon, Kristin Pasdon-Flynn, Lauren and Lindsay Hamor, Leah Almeida, Jamie and Justin Woodbury, Matthew Mannette, Erica MacKenzie, Edward, Elizabeth, and Samantha Jolly, and Elaine Dupuis, 8 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Liza Beauvais, and his brothers Leonard, Robert, and Frank.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 11:30AM in Saint John the Baptist Church, 17 Chestnut St., Peabody Sq. Burial will follow in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Lake St., West Peabody. Relatives and friends are invited. As requested, there are no visiting hours.
