Audrey was always smiling and had a positive attitude. Her laugh was infectious. I was born on her 12th birthday and we had a lot of fun with that over the years. She was very dear and special to me and to both of my parents. Heaven has certainly gained an angel. Love and hugs to her wonderful family from her cousin, Valerie Jackson.
Even though you’re not really my Aunt I have always known you as Auntie. I will treasure all the memories and of course all the laughs of all the wonderful times we have had along the way. From weekends at the camp in Milton, the Polish Club Drama Series we actually starred in, the Parking Lot Covid Club and playing Rumi Cube at the Landing munching on what else? Betty-Anns Subs.
I will always miss cooking with you at the Club for the hundreds of events that you were always graciously volunteering for. I will especially remember the day after every Mother’s Day when you, Claire and I took all the extra brunch ingredients and came up with all kinds of wonderful food for the Sunday Potluck. I remember when we came up with our very own bread pudding recipe using the “secret ingredient” and laughing like crazy when everyone asked us for the recipe. Of course, we told them it was on old family recipe, and we were sworn to secrecy by the Elders.
Auntie, thank you so, so much for helping me with Frannie. She truly loved you and loved all the time and attention you gave her. I know that you are both now in Heaven singing songs like you used to. I could not have gotten through that part of our life without a friend like you! I hope you know how truly loved you are and how much you will be missed. Rest in Peace, Auntie. Love you, Laura.
To the Farnsworth family,
I remember Audrey so well growing up and visiting my grandmother Stella Eaton for tea on Holten St. In Danvers. I married and lived in the first floor apartment at my grandmother’s house. Audrey along with my Mom Barbara Thompson always came once a week to have tea and chat with Stella. I often joined them in the conversations. Audrey was a sweet and gentle person. Always smiling and soft spoken. I extend my sympathy to her children and their families.
Love and sympathy
