Barbara A. St. Pierre

Barbara A. St. Pierre, 82, a longtime resident of North Salem, died Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Salem Hospital.

Born in Salem on May 19, 1944, she was the daughter of the late David and Ruth (Salter) McNeilly. She was raised and educated in Salem and remained a lifelong resident of the city.

Barbara worked for several years as a secretary to her husband in the operation of St. Pierre Movers of Salem. She loved to cook and was a devoted mother and grandmother who cherished time with her family.

She leaves her daughter, Ruth Hunt and her husband, Richard, of Peabody; and three cherished grandchildren, Anthony, Barbara, and Dyanna. She was predeceased by her daughter, Patricia Ann, and her sister, Joan.

Her funeral service will be held Friday, October 2, 2026 at 11 a.m. at C.R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors, 28 Elm Street, Danvers. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visitation will precede the service, beginning at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
