Barbara B. Ouimette

Barbara B. (Steele) Ouimette, 83, of Danvers, died Friday evening, August 26, 2022. She was the wife of the late Wallace M. Ouimette, who predeceased her in 2019. Born in Marblehead on April 3, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Ida (Coffin) Steele. She was raised and educated in Marblehead and was a graduate of Marblehead High School. A Danvers resident for more than 65 years, Barbara had been a member of the former Calvary Episcopal Church. She leaves four children, Kenneth Ouimette and his companion Patty Ramsdell of Danvers, Kathleen Ford and her husband Joel of North Carolina, Ronald Ouimette and his wife Isabelle of Texas, and Carolyn Haskell of North Reading, six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a sister-in-law, Vicki Steele of Lynn, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Jeffrey Ouimette, and her brother, Robert Steele. Memorial services for Barbara and her late husband will be announced at a later date.
