Bernice E. Cleary

Bernice E. (MacGregor) (Robinson) Cleary, 99, died Monday morning, November 26, 2012 following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Edmund Cleary and the late Henry P. Robinson. Born in Peabody on Aug. 21, 1913, she was the daughter of the late William and Mina (Weeks) MacGregor. She was raised and educated in Peabody and was a graduate of Peabody High School. In her later years, Mrs. Cleary enjoyed working at the Annunciation Rectory in Danvers. She was a generous and loving person. She is survived by her children, Leonard Robinson and his wife Phyllis, Bruce Robinson and his wife Yausko, Lorraine Pyburn, Deborah Galiatsatos and her husband Omeros, all of Danvers, and Sharon Theiling and her husband Harold of Sanbornville, NH, a daughter-in-law, Barbara Robinson of Peabody, 13 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Henry P. “Roby” Robinson, Jr. As requested, funeral services are private and there are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 93 North St., Salem, MA 01970.
