DANVERS- Bonnie Ann Danforth, 25, passed away at home on January 24, 2016. She was the loving daughter of Charles and Sheri (Silva) Danforth. She was born on November 13, 1990 in Beverly. Bonnie grew up in Danvers and in her early years, attended Covenant Christian School and later graduated from Danvers High School in 2008. Bonnie went on to pursue a career in hairdressing and graduated from North Shore Community College in 2009 with a cosmetology certificate. Bonnie went on to pursue her career at her family’s business, Salon Sunsational. Bonnie's passion was for hairdressing and her life was most fulfilled behind the salon chair. Her desire was to bring beauty to the world through creating beautiful hair. Bonnie always lifted others up and made them feel good about themselves wherever she was. Bonnie's caring nature, keen sense of humor, and sincere heart defined who she was inside the salon and amongst her friends and family. Bonnie knew the Lord Jesus in her heart and trusted in Him to direct her path throughout her life. Besides her parents, she is survived by her brother Charles D. Danforth, Jr. and her sister Bethany Danforth, both of Danvers, her grandmother Ruth (Dempsey) Danforth of Beverly. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Capt. Paul C. Danforth and Anthony and Ruth (McCauley) Silva. Her Funeral Service will be celebrated at 10AM on Friday, January 29, 2016 at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Danvers. Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 4-8PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Bonnie’s name to Salvation Army, salvationarmyusa.org
