Catherine M. Bucci

Catherine M. (O’Connor) Bucci, 77, passed away on April 24, 2026. She was the wife of the late William P. Bucci Jr.

Born in Salem on January 31, 1949, she was the daughter of the late William and Rita (Fortin) O’Connor. Catherine was raised and educated in Hamilton and graduated from Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School and received a bachelor’s degree from Salem State College. She received an associate’s degree in accounting from Marian Court College and worked there in the business office. Catherine was also a bookkeeper for Alexanders Liquor in Beverly for several years.

Catherine liked gardening, visiting Cape Cod, and spending time with her cats and dog Milo.

Catherine is survived by three children, Sean Bucci of Peabody, Noelle Bucci of Danvers and Colleen Bucci of Salem and her beloved grandchild Phoenix Bucci-Moreno. She was predeceased by her brother, Donald O’Connor.

Her Funeral will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 in C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St. Danvers. Visitation will be held prior to the service on Wednesday morning from 10-11AM in the funeral home. Burial will take place in Hamilton Cemetery.
