Christa M. Cameles

Christa M. Cameles, 57, died Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Salem Hospital.  She was the cherished daughter of the late Andrew and Zoe (Sophios) Cameles.

Born in Danvers on October 2, 1968, she was raised and educated in Danvers and was a graduate of Danvers High School, Class of 1990.

Christa worked as a secretary at Northeast Arc.  She was also the official greeter at her family business, Sunnyside Bowladrome.

Christa loved cruising, trips to Cape Cod and Florida, and bowling.

She leaves her devoted brother, Nicholas Cameles of Danvers, as well many cousins and dear friends.

Her Funeral Service will be Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 11AM in Saint Vasilios Church, 5 Paleologos St., Peabody.  Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Danvers.  Relatives and friends are invited.  Visitation will be in the church prior to the service from 10am-10:45am.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Christa’s memory may be made to Northeast Arc, 1 Southside Rd., Danvers, MA 01923.  Arrangements are by C.R.
