  1. My deepest sympathies to you Donna and all of your family. Aunt Dot is surely in heaven and always will be with you. Please call me if you need anything. I will always be here for you, I understand.

  2. A joy to know Dot and to love her………she is “Amazing Grace”………..we shared many happy, special moments at Country Manor……..fun, fun, fun……..and she shared her love with everyone and gave so much of herself from the botton of her heart. She forever holds a special place in our hearts. We have prayed for her at Mass at Immaculate Conception with Father Broderick……..she is loved by all. She is now at rest in her “heavenly home”. We are so happy we had special moments with Dot last Sunday. Lots of love to you Donna……..another amazing woman……..and to all the family. Larry and Sandy Lambert xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

  3. We all believe we know what LOVE is. You showed us what that truly means raising three children on your own; working many different jobs to keep a roof over our heads, clothes on our backs, and food on the table. You sacrificed your adult life for us and would do it again, if you had to. The life lessons you taught us have molded us into the people we are today. You never complained, were always there, and encouraged us at every turn. We will never forget the meaning of LOVE you showed us all these years. May God receive you and bless you forever. Rest in peace.

    Your loving children,
    George, Donna, and Philip

  4. Dorothy (or Dot, as I like to call you)…we all miss you here in Danvers at the MGH; I will especially miss your dry sense of humor and sense of self. When I first met you and asked what you did for work, you said “I take care of old people”; you were probably 89 years old at the time! I knew, at that very moment, that you and I and Donna were going to get along just fine.
Donna…your mum was so very lucky to have you in her life; the best private duty nurse and friend a mum could ask for! I can only imagine your sense of loss, but hope that you can fill that void with the very happy and funny memories you two shared. Your dedication is truly an inspiration to all of us here who cared for Dot.

Please accept my condolences; I will miss our weekly calls/emails, but I know that she’s comfortable now and breathing easy…and watching over us all.

With much love, Anne Marie Haynes, RN
