  1. To the Sweeney Family – I am so sorry for the loss of your husband and father. Ed was truly a great person. He would visit my dad, Paul Salley, almost every week and I know my dad really appreciated and enjoyed the visits (no matter how long or short they were). My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Paula Salley

  2. I was so sorry to hear of Dr. Sweeney’s passing. I was in his Invertebrate Zoology class at SSC, and also had several classes with Dr. Shea. He was a great teacher, and will be missed.
