Frances Fisher

Frances E. (Marks) Fisher, 81, of Brooksby Village, Peabody, a former US Air Force nurse, dedicated Red Cross volunteer, accomplished bridge player and mahjong teacher, died Nov. 5, 2012. She was the wife of Elwood E. "Gene" Fisher for 55 years. She also leaves a daughter, Kate Wilkowski and her husband Robert of VA and a son, Dan Fisher and his wife Sara of WA, 3 grandchildren, Dale, Rebecca, and Katherine, and two great-grandchildren, Alec and Brea. She was predeased by her sister, D. Eleanor Shaw. As requested, services will be held privately.
