Janet A. (Quinn) Casey, 66, of Georgetown died unexpectedly on Thursday morning, September 29, 2011 in the Merrimack Valley Hospital. She was the loving wife of William Casey. Born in Beverly on Oct. 29, 1944, she was the daughter of the late David and Ruth (Lunn) Quinn. She was raised and educated in Beverly and was a graduate of Merrimack College. Mrs. Casey had resided in Georgetown for her last years and had previously been a resident of Beverly. She was a cat lover and an avid reader. In addition to her husband, she leaves a son, William Casey Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Georgetown, two grandchildren, Liam and Emma, and two brothers, David Quinn and his wife Colleen of Florida and Robert Quinn and his wife Judith of Beverly, and a brother-in-law Francis Casey and his wife Margaret of Braintree and several nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Service will be Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 11AM in C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited. As requested, there are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary’s of the Annunciation Parish, 24 Conant Street, Danvers.
