Janice A. (Moore) Pramas, 86, a resident of Danvers, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at Beverly Hospital. She was the cherished wife of Angelo Pramas, who preceded her in death in 2022. Born on May 31, 1937, in Peabody, Janice was the daughter of the late Howard and Edna (DeForest) Moore. Her roots were firmly planted in Salem, where she received her education and graduated from Saint James High School. Janice dedicated many years of her life to her career. She worked diligently in the operations department at the Warren Five Bank in Peabody. Prior to that, she had served as a nurse's aide at the Shaughnessy Hospital, displaying her caring nature and dedication to helping others. Outside of her professional life, Janice had a passion for crocheting, knitting, and reading, which brought her joy and solace. However, her most treasured role was that of a devoted grandmother. Her love for her family knew no bounds. Janice is survived by her two children, Sharyn Longo and her husband Peter of Danvers, and Christopher Pramas of Madison, WI. She also leaves behind two grandsons, Travis Longo and his wife Lindsay of Beverly, and Nikolas Longo of Danvers, as well as her cherished great-grandson, Theodore. Janice is also remembered by her sisters, Joanne Beaulieu of Reading and Geraldine Rizzoti of Georgia. Janice was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard, Robert, Donald, and David Moore. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were fortunate to know her, as they remember a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Funeral Services were held privately.
