Jeannine L. (Paquin) Ouellette, 92, of Danvers, passed away on September 9, 2024 following a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late George E. Ouellette.

Born in Salem, MA on March 6, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Roland and Lauretta (Richard) Paquin. Jeannine had been a resident of Danvers for over sixty years and was an active parishioner of Saint Richard Parish. She most recently was employed at McKinnon’s Market for over 20 years. Previously she worked at the former Ideal Baby Shoe and Hotwatt. Jeannine enjoyed road trips throughout the Northeast and visiting with family and friends in both the U.S. and Canada.

She is survived by five children, Paul (Aida) Ouellette of Jacksonville, FL, Mark (Liane) Ouellette of Peabody, MA, Philip (Nancy) Ouellete of North Conway, NH, Laurie Ouellette of Summerville, SC and Terri (Chris) Casteris of Ipswich, MA, her sisters, Rita Dobzelecki of Tuscon, AZ and Annette L’Italien of Peabody, MA, eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother Roger Paquin.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 13, 2024 in Saint Richard Church, 90 Forest Street, Danvers. A burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jeannine’s name to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA, 01923.

    So very sorry for your loss..you think you are prepared when you lose someone who has lived a full life and had a hard time of it health wise at the end. Such is seldom the case as the permanence of their absence sets in and the loss can feel overwhelming.
