Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Jay, I am so sorry, he was a lovely man.

He adored his family- his eyes twinkled when asked about you all. His warmth, kindness and humor were always appreciated by me.

Thinking of you all, sending love and prayers.

  2. Wonderful memories of a great classmate. Always looked forward to seeing your smile at our class reunion. Rest in peace.
    Terri Brown

  3. I spent my teenage years from fifteen until marriage in the company of John, whom we knew as Brud, and several other wonderful guys. I will never forget the way those friendships helped me through the typically difficult years, and how reassuring it was to occasionally visit with John even though our paths in life took different courses.
    Rest in peace my friend.
    Phil Maria

  4. John was a great guy, always kind of quiet, with a smile on his face. We first met in school, and this meeting led to a knowing Brud. We always were running into each other at football games, and at the store, and always shared a warm hello with a handshake and a pat on the back. I will miss you and those laughing eyes. Rest well with the Lord, Charlie Blute

  5. Fondly, with warm memories I remember this wonderful man. Our paths never crossed again after a few years out of school. But his name when mentioned always brought ‘nice thoughts’. Rest now with other family members and in the arms of the Lord. Blessings to his family.

  6. Your smile and quiet ways will be missed by all your classmates. Rest in Peace “Brud’.
    Prayers to your family.
    Elaine Warren Hilton

  7. He was my personal link to my mom and your mom and Barbara. I will miss his wisdom, kindness and quiet grace. And oh the stories! He had many, and it was fun to laugh and reminisce. I am glad I have these memories.
