John W. Webber, 79, died Monday morning, July 22, 2019 at his home in Danvers surrounded by his loving and devoted family. He was the husband of Mary F. (Pearrell) Webber, with whom he shared nearly forty-eight years of marriage. Born in Cambridge on June 20, 1940, he was the son of the late Russell and Margaret (Tarbox) Webber. He was raised and educated in Revere and Pompano Beach, Florida, where he graduated from high school. He then served honorably in the U.S. Air Force. John was employed at Millipore in Danvers for the last several years. He was a member of the Trio + 1 Bowling League in Malden and enjoyed regular trips to Nubble Light in York, Maine as well as building and maintaining his koi pond. In addition to his loving wife he leaves his children, Rebecca Lundrigan of Danvers, Carrie Dodge and her husband Tim of Beverly, Harry Lister and his wife Molly of Rowley, Michelle McFeeley and her husband Frank of Florida, Jennifer Macek of Groveland, and Donna Tenaglia and her husband Kurt of Beverly, four grandchildren, Reese and Joshua Lundrigan, Jack Dodge, and Briana McCorkell and her husband Rory, and three great-grandchildren, Holden, June, and Noah. Visiting hours are Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 5-8PM in C.R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. All other services are private. In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s name may be made to Lahey Health at Home, Gift Processing Center, 41 Mall Rd., Burlington, MA 01805.

    Special. He was always so proud when he bowled well. He would say not to bad for an old man like myself… Jack you will be missed but Never Forgotten …Always smiling and Happy…try to carry on where he left off….
