Jonathan F. D'Agnese, 25, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Born in Newburyport on Aug. 3, 1985, he was the loving son of Susan (Dunleavy) D'Agnese of Haverhill and Felice D'Agnese of Beverly. He was raised and educated in Amesbury and was an all-around athlete, enjoying hockey, baseball, and soccer in youth sports. He attended elementary school at Sacred Heart School in Hampton, NH, and graduated from Amesbury High School, Class of 2004, where he was a member of the hockey team. He also attended the Ben Franklin Institute of Technology, where he studied electrical technology. For several years, he was employed at CDC Packaging in Salisbury and had also worked at Northeast Rehab. Hospital in Salem, NH. Most recently, he had worked as a dedicated and loving personal care attendant to his brother. In addition to his parents, he leaves his girlfriend, Krystal Clinton and their son, Caleb Jon Clinton-D'Agnese of Londonderry, NH, a sister, Colleen D'Agnese of Cambridge, a brother, Christopher D'Agnese of Haverhill, his grandparents, Robert and Barbara O'Keefe, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and dear friends. His Funeral Service will be Monday, July 11, 2011 at 11AM in C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. Visiting hours are Sunday from 3-6PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, PO Box 78960, Phoenix, AZ 85062-8960 or the fund established in Jonathan's son's name, Caleb Jon Clinton, c/o TD Bank, 62 Nashua Rd, Londonderry, NH 03053.
