He is now resting in peace
I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Joe. I can remember from a young age that he was a wonderful man. One memory I have when I was young was when my mom was in the hospital. She was fighting kidney disease and I remember making a lemonade stand at our old Home . No one was buying anything and Joe and came over with aunt Kathy and bought quite a few of my items I had at my little stand . I can’t remember a time he wasn’t with aunt Kathy . Sending my condolences and my love to joes loved ones . I know he is at peace and the memories of hun will be in the minds of his loved ones .
I have so many memories of Mr. Melanson. He was really a great guy. As a friend of Peter’s I was fortunate enough be around him pretty often and he always fit right in with us younger guys. I always felt he was looking out for us. He definitely cared for us. I’m happy to hear he lived out a long life. I‘ll always have many positive memories associated with him when thinking back to my younger days.
Uncle Buddy was always my favorite uncle. He taught me about high & low tides, sunrise & sunsets. Love never dies….Keep the faith and hope alive of being reunited again someday. Sandy Gosselin
