Kathleen Ann Ulrich

DANVERS- Kathleen Ann (Ratti) Ulrich, 65, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on September 22, 2022, following a long, courageous battle with breast cancer. Born in Everett on August 22, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Betty (Ross) Ratti. She was raised and educated in Malden and graduated from Malden High School in 1974. Later in life, Kathy earned her Associate’s Degree from North Shore Community College. Kathy raised her daughters in Reading and more recently lived in Danvers with her sister Paula. She served as the Program Manager for Northeast EMS Region III for twenty-five years, where she touched hundreds of lives and left an impressive legacy. Kathy will be remembered as an exceptionally caring person who would do anything for anyone. She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to laugh. She lived for her family and loved them fiercely. She is survived by her two daughters, Kaitlin Hagberg of Salem and Sarah Severance and her husband Andrew, of South Berwick, Maine, her siblings, Paula Rowe of Danvers and Don Ratti of Woburn, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Kathy is also survived by her four grandsons, Wes, Noah, Jameson, and Charlie. Kathy loved being Nana to her grandsons and loved them beyond measure.
