Loretta F. (Jordan) Dick, 81, died Tuesday, May 31, 2011 in her home. Born in Salem on Nov. 21, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Stella (Stefanski) Jordan. She was raised and educated in Salem and graduated from Salem High School in 1947. Loretta moved with her family to Danvers, where she had been a resident for over sixty years. She had been employed as a bookkeeper with the Salvation Army in Salem for over 25 years. Loretta also served with the Foreign Service in the Austrian Embassy and was a member of the Polish Club of Danvers. She is survived by two sons and a daughter, Kevin Moroz and his wife Anastasia of Haverhill, Kenneth Dick and his wife Veronica of Germany and Carolyn Lazdowski and her husband Charles of Newton, NH, her siblings, Fred Jordan of Danvers and Stella Lee of Beverly, four grandchildren Jessica, Philip, Derek and Angelina and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 3, 2011 at 9AM in St. Mary of the Annunciation Church, Conant St., Danvers. Vst. hrs will be held on Thursday evening from 5-7PM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Salvation Army, 93 North St., Salem, MA, 01970.
