Lynda J. Talbot, 61, died Friday morning, August 20, 2010 following a lengthy battle with cancer. She was the loving wife of Bruce A. Talbot, with whom she shared forty years of marriage. Born in Salem on December 21, 1948, she was the daughter of the late John and Regina (Malinsky) Prodanek. She was raised and educated in Danvers and was a graduate of Danvers High School, Class of 1966. Lynda was employed as the office manager at C.P. Berry Construction for over twenty years. She was completely dedicated to her family, and was an adoring grandmother. She loved summers in Maine with family and friends and vacationing in Aruba. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Stacy and Corey Bazylinski and Julie and Kevin Donnelly, her granddaughter, Brooke Bazylinski, her sister, Kathleen Gardner, and her mother-in-law, Laura Talbot, all of Danvers. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Debbie Skinner of NH, her brother-in-law, David Talbot of FL, and several nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 9AM in Saint Mary of the Annunciation Church, 24 Conant St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are Monday from 4-8PM in C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Donation in Lynda’s memory may be made to either Hospice of the North Shore, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA 01923 or the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
